The SecureSECO foundation is currently in formation in the Netherlands.
Over the next months, we are going to acquire funding to maintain SecureSECO’s distributed ledger and to build proof of concepts that illustrate its value. The participants in the project have a shared goal of securing the worldwide software ecosystem and are willing to invest in it. Furthermore, the academic participants have the goal to publish about the findings and make a concrete impact on the trust in the worldwide software ecosystem.
Please also note that SecureSECO will be funded where necessary by private partners who subscribe to the overall SecureSECO goal. The SecureSECO foundation will also be the legal entity underlying the decentralized distributed organization that manages SecureSECO in the long run.
